A credit check and applicant screening fee of a non-refundable cash payment of $20.00 per applicant must be provided at the time of application. An additional, fully refundable $200.00 good faith cash deposit must also be provided at the time of application. If accepted, the good faith deposit will be applied towards the security deposit and if the application is denied, withdrawn, or cancelled for any other reason, the deposit will be returned. All applications must also be submitted with a copy of a valid driver's license and/or photo I.D. for each applicant and proof of all incomes listed on each rental application (ex: payroll check stub, bank statement, federal income tax return, etc.).
